Foundations of Your Job

As a Project Engineer Coordinator at TWD Greece, your focus is to manage several small-

scope projects. You are responsible for the entire project, which means assuring quality,

budget, planning, communicating with clients and suppliers, and coordinating project

members.

A glimpse of your responsibilities:


• Working with the teams on various projects to ensure project requirements are met.
Organize and coordinate project team meetings, ensuring clear communication and

collaboration.


• Manage project budgets, monitor spending, and ensure financial accountability.
Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.


• Acting as a liaison between the teams and the client


• Track the progress of projects, identify possible risks, and apply mitigation strategies.
Oversee and communicate project plans and budgets to ensure timely and quality

delivery.


• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

You are the perfect match for TWD if you also have the following skills and experience:

 


• You have 2-3 years of working experience with client communication and managing
projects simultaneously.


• You understand and know how to make a planning and manage budgets for small-
scope projects.


• You have an affinity with structural design and engineering services (Civil, offshore,
infrastructure sectors)


• You are a natural team player who can connect with people internally. Enthusiastic
and Friendly personality

Experience with Agile (Scrum) is a plus.


• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field, including but not
limited to:

-Civil Engineering

-Mechanical Engineering

-Aerospace Engineering
