Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time
As the Planning Engineer, you will:
- Prepare and maintain company project plan/schedule
- Attend Kick Off Meetings and gather data to determine scheduling constraints
- Ensure project baselines are set and agreed by all stakeholders
- Interface with and input to client project plan
- Liaise and interface with Client Representatives
- Manage issues of project planning
- Oversee data retrieval and review pursuant to project planning status
- Undertake general project related activities as requested from time to time
- Adhere to the company integrated management system
- Comply with quality assurance, health and safety and environmental policies
- Demonstrate and promote PD&MS QHSE principles and lead by example
- Ensure unsafe activities are challenged
- Adhere to the requirements of the best practice standards recommendations and processes in the undertaking of duties, in particular, risk assessment and control, reliability and failure prevention necessary to ensure the safe design, provision and use of tools, equipment and systems

Location: Aberdeen or Glasgow - hybrid working 3 days in the office with flexibility to work from home for 2 days.
You’ll have experience of:
- Identifying opportunities to improve project schedules and in providing comprehensive client reports Ensuring reporting tools are up to date and accurate
- Preparing, updating and issuing project plans as directed by Company PRP
- Liaising with Commercial Department to analyse productivity in terms of man hours and cost
- Ensuring professional development is maintained and identified competency requirements are undertaken in a timely manner
