Payroll Co-ordinator - VR/30665

We are recruiting for a Payroll Co-ordinator on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Bridge of Don. Joining an established team, you will handle payroll processing, data entry, and compliance. Previous payroll experience and strong attention to detail are required.

  • Collaborating with HR and Finance Teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Updating employee records in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, and pay changes.
  • Preparing and processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Reconciling timekeeping records to ensure correct payment of wages.
  • Compiling monthly payroll data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Calculating wage increases, overtime, and other employee entitlements.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries promptly.
  • Verifying processed salary information for accuracy.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant payroll regulations and internal policies.
  • Generating payroll reports as required by management.
  • Submitting pension contributions on time and ensure data accuracy with providers.
  • Preparing shadow payrolls where necessary.
  • Assisting with year-end filings for employees and tax authorities.
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation.
