We are recruiting for a Payroll Co-ordinator on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Bridge of Don. Joining an established team, you will handle payroll processing, data entry, and compliance. Previous payroll experience and strong attention to detail are required.
- Collaborating with HR and Finance Teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Updating employee records in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, and pay changes.
- Preparing and processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- Reconciling timekeeping records to ensure correct payment of wages.
- Compiling monthly payroll data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Calculating wage increases, overtime, and other employee entitlements.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries promptly.
- Verifying processed salary information for accuracy.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant payroll regulations and internal policies.
- Generating payroll reports as required by management.
- Submitting pension contributions on time and ensure data accuracy with providers.
- Preparing shadow payrolls where necessary.
- Assisting with year-end filings for employees and tax authorities.
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation.
