Outage Manager

Superior Recruitment Group are working with a key client in Teesside who are looking for an Outage Manager to join their team for a 9 month period.

This role is open to LTD Contractors or PAYE Contractors.

We are looking for Outage Managers to facilitate and manage the preparations, planning and execution of a major shutdown.

This will involve:

• Leading the preparations and execution of the Outage
• Ensure competence for any work being executed.
• Leading and facilitating all aspects of the preparation activities associated with the px outage gated process.
• Monitor, implement, record and communicate KPI’s from preparations/planning, into execution,
• Complete performance and competence reviews of contract companies & suppliers & individuals as required.

We are looking for an Outage Manager with at least 5 years management level experience of working on a complex COMAH chemical site / manufacturing environment
