Inside Sales Representative

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The Inside Sales Representative is a key member of the ESWL Americas team and actively contributes to the aggressive growth of our US office.  The main purpose of this role is to provide first class customer service to the growing client base whilst also looking to identify business opportunities throughout the US market.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop, maintain and interact with new prospects and existing customers to maintain and increase sales and profitability
  • Handle customer enquiries, orders and queries
  • Proactively add to and improve supply chain as and when required
  • Liaise with and visit Houston warehouse as and when required

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a good ambassador of the business
  • Promote Health & Safety good practice, follow company policies ensuring safety of self and others at all times
  • Promote Environmental good practice, follow company policies with regard to Environmental goals
  • Maintain quality of service by following and enforcing the company quality standards
  • Complete other duties as assigned from time to time by the line manager

Internal:           Vice President, Regional Manager, Supply Chain Specialist, Sales Admin

External:          Customers, Vendors

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude, positive and flexible in approach.
  • Excellent organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy of work.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Excellent selling and negotiating skills with the ability to build long-term business relationships
  • Exceptional attention to details
  • Adaptability & flexibility with the ability to react quickly to opportunities as they arise
  • First class organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Knowledge of MRO supply chain and the US market place
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inside sales, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.

Desirable

  • Experience using SAGE 200
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products
