Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate
will have a thorough understanding of mechanical & hydraulic systems and components, as
well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise. The successful candidate
will also be responsible for installing, inspecting, and maintaining hydraulic systems on &
offshore. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to take their career to the
next level. Offshore survival would be beneficial but is not essential as we can provide the
training.
The ideal candidate will be expected to work with your own initiative or in a team and will be
required to carry out a wide range of mechanical / hydraulic activities including faulting finding
and be competent in reading detailed hydraulic schematics & mechanical drawings.
Responsibilities:
Carry out mechanical & hydraulic services as per below, in the workshop, on site or offshore
• Mechanical Fitting
• System Fault Finding
• Instrument Pipework
• Pressure Testing
• Hot Oil Flushing
• Equipment Overhaul
Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and
Environment) systems and all relevant standards are followed to always facilitate safe and
effective operations.
Provide technical integrity for all project work and assure PTS Services are delivering a high
standard which meets client, legislative and manufacturer's requirements.
As this is a client facing role it is always important to represent PTS in a professional manner
Further Information:
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8.00am to 4.30pm, Friday -8.00am to 2.30pm
The role will also have some site work & offshore trips as required. Site & offshore allowance
additional.

Basic salary between £34,000 & £41,000 depending on experience.
