Launched in 2010 by James Gregg and Dave Acton, Motive is headquartered in Boyndie, Banff, Scotland.

With a team of over 200 employees across eight global bases, in the UK, Norway, UAE, US and Taiwan, we are active in 48 countries, working within the renewables, oil and gas, and decommissioning sectors.
