Superior Recruitment are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a large client within the Energy Sector in Stockton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work effectively and positively with employees and managers, delivering an HR advisory service to the business which promotes understanding, compliance and consistency.
- Delivering excellence throughout the employment lifecycle through HR procedures and practices including:
- Onboarding new employees and supporting throughout their employment journey. o Policies and procedures - development and supporting managers to ensure consistency across the business.
- Conduct and capability via performance management, discipline and grievance. o Employee relations and engagement.
- Deliver talent management and succession planning.
- Employee health and absence support and management.
- Supporting organisational change, growth and design.
- Learning, development and competency
Essential Skills:
- Hold a level 3 HR or business-related qualification or have demonstrable HR experience.
- Have experience of delivering multi-site HR support and guidance at all business levels – in person, remotely, by email/phone.
- Be experienced in delivering varied HR projects, meeting goals and targets.
- Be able to develop and advise on HR policies, procedures and systems on all employee lifecycle matters including; attendance, grievance, disciplinary, employee relations, engagement, performance, learning and development.
- Have developed and maintained effective workplace relationships at all business levels.
- Effectively support Apprentices and Graduates within the business, ensuring they are supported and their development goals are met.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of employment legislation, ensuring all company policies and practices are compliant and advice to the business meets all legal obligations.
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft packages and HR systems, with the ability to create and update documents, presentations and systems as needed.
