Engineering Assistant

As a result of Plant Integrity Management’s continuing success and expansion, we are
looking for an experienced Engineering Assistant to join our team in Blackburn,
Aberdeenshire.

Desired Skills and Experience

· Previous relevant experience preferred
· Highers / A Levels or equivalent essential
· HNC in an Engineering discipline or technology or equivalent preferred
· Microsoft Office applications Word & Excel (Access a distinct advantage)
· 2D Computer Aided Drafting

Responsibilities;

· Supports administration of inspection plans and workpack tracking
· Interface with Team Planner / Scheduler to ensure visibility of all planned workscopes
· Sole responsibility for building workpacks to completion for review by Independent  Asset Integrity Engineer
· Responsible for management of inspection data and updating relevant registers
· Review and administration of inspection data and reports where required
· Administration of registers, P&ID sets, corrosion circuits, PFD’s etc
· Preparation of Monthly Integrity Report for respective asset
· Interaction with Team Planner with regards to mob / demobilisation activities
· Preparation and administration of CTR with respect to execution of workscopes
· Preparation of annual budget submission.
· General support to the Inspection & Integrity Management team.
· Effective and efficient data and information management, including records, registers and databases

Further education will be made available for the right candidates. Candidates must be
