We’re currently recruiting a Workshop Co-Ordinator for our office in Perth, Australia.

We're seeking a proactive and organised Workshop Co-Ordinator to lead operations at our Perth facility.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of asset and facility management, ensuring operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

:
Oversee all workshop operations and ensure equipment/facilities are maintained, tested, and certified to WSG and client standards.
Manage equipment load outs, returns, and function testing.
Handle goods receipt and maintain the full asset database.
Lead the workshop team, driving performance, safety, and quality.
Carry out equipment repairs, recertification, and fault finding.
Complete all project and loadout requirements within tight timeframes.
Maintain certification records (ATEX, IECEX, HAVs) and PMR documentation.
Train both workshop and field staff as needed.
Develop workshop layout and processes to suit a growing range of equipment.
Liaise with clients and third parties as required.
Keep the facility compliant and well-maintained.

’ :
10+ years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Hands-on experience with repair and maintenance of PPU-related equipment, including ATEX and IECEX certified equipment.
Solid understanding of industry and regulatory test/inspection requirements.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
