Interocean is recruiting a Survey Engineer!

Start Date: 3rd June 2024

Duration: 10-14 days

Location: UKCS/Within 12-mile radius

Accommodation: Local accommodation shall be provided whilst a daily per diem shall be paid for subsistence

Description: On a 10-14 day contract, the Survey Engineer will be responsible for the preparation, installation, and calibration of the below detailed survey equipment. Performing subsea surveying tasks including running surveying lines, utilising MBES and processing gathered data, generating XYZ files and Geo TIFF Imagery, while also analysing acquired data to determine changes in seabed terrain when compared to client supplied as-built data.

The successful candidate must have experience in offshore wind farm inspection campaigns, including performing structural, general, and close visual inspections, cathodic protection, and scour surveys. As well as holding appropriate qualifications and experience (BOSIET/FOET, CA-EBS, Bi-Deltoid, OGUK Medical).

Work Scope:

Conduct general / close visual inspection of the critical connections and structures
Conduct MGM and CP surveys
Conduct CPS and Cable inspections and measurements
Conduct J Tube Inspections and measurements
Conduct seabed scouring surveys
