‍We’re Hiring – Senior Safety Technician (Onshore & Marine)

Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00am - 16:30pm (30 mins lunch)

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 a year

Flare has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Safety Technician (Onshore & Marine). Duties will include:

Overseeing service delivery and operational management across the business.
Providing technical advice and support to service personnel, enhancing efficiency and quality.
Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and facilitating training for staff.
Liaising with clients and internal teams to address issues and improve operational processes.

We’re looking for someone with:

Proven operational experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels of the organisation.
Ability to work independently and make effective decisions under pressure.
Proven ability to articulate and understand technical language.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and motivating teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Office (including SharePoint).
5+ years in a similar role.
Valid UK Driver’s licence.
Resident of and eligible to work in the UK.
