Job description
The Senior Recruitment Consultant role is suited for sociable and proactive individuals who thrive on managing their own workload, building relationships with new and existing clients, and developing their own desk within the energy sector.

Job requirements
This position is focused on building and growing a desk in the energy sector so experience working within this sector is essential. It will involve working with existing clients and mapping new contacts within the current client base but also sourcing new potential clients.
We work in an international business environment so the need to co-ordinate and balance client requirements with compliance and tax related advice you receive from our internal support teams is paramount.
How can I achieve success?
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for your clients and professionals working on the client projects. In addition to this you will be required to have the following experience and skill sets
- Previous experience within Energy sector within both Recruitment and Business Development (360) and have worked placing contract and/or permanent personnel.
- Understand the overall sales process to generate new business
- Have a deep understanding of trends, key developments in the Client markets
- Be able to demonstrate experience in managing daily operations for your client base
- Show previous account development and services provided to your allocated clients
- Responsible for maintaining gross margin
- Managing and overseeing internal processes
- Excellent face to face, verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to plan and prioritise your own workload
- Ability to sell our services, build relationships with various clients and markets.
- Commercially minded and competent in negotiating, dealing with conflict, interfacing with clients and contracted professionals
