Brand-new permanent position for an experienced Crewing Coordinator in Aberdeen. Take ownership of a growing company’s Crewing function, working closely with HR and operational leaders throughout the business. The successful applicant will have extensive offshore crewing experience and a keen eye for process improvement, and will enjoy a rewarding remit and remuneration package.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Coordinating all UK crewing, ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and legislation.
- Managing adherence with crew requirements regarding certificates and competency.
- Liaising with third parties to administer travel arrangements.
- Maintaining accurate records through company and client systems/databases.
- Reviewing processes and procedures, taking the lead on efficiency-enhancing projects and acting as the company’s Crewing subject matter expert.
- Participation in on-call rota (1 in 4).
Applicants to this role require
- Demonstrable experience in a similar offshore-focused role, ideally standalone or as a large part of a small Crewing Team.
- Vantage experience.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry standards and requirements.
- Confidence to propose new/improved ways of working.
- Ability to adapt to changing, often uncertain circumstances.

- Full-time role (37.5hrs per week), ideally starting at/by 8:00am (M-F) for operational purposes.
