Safety Advisor - Tarbert - Ireland

We are looking for a Safety Advisor with Neobosh or equivalent for Tarbert Power Plant project. The role is on the EPC contract side. 

Contract shall be until the end of the year with possibility of extension. 

We offer international and local travel, accomodation. 

Profile:

- University degree with Master's degree in PRL, or FP of Professional Risks.

- NEBOSH diploma certification.

- At least 5 years' experience as H&S in international projects.

- Experience in ISO 45001 is valuable.

- Experience in training and coaching in health and safety matters.

- Handling of Microsoft Windows office tools: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.Duties:

In coordination with the H&S Manager:

- Monitor and control in the field, the application of the Health and Safety Plan and the safety procedures dictated.

- Promote the interest and cooperation of the staff in the field of health and safety.

- Study the different jobs to be carried out and determine the health and safety measures to be applied in each case.

- To give training and information courses/lectures related to H&S.

- To monitor the established preventive actions and measures.

- Document all the activity of the projects and works in the Health and Safety Management System.
