We have a staff opportunity for a Projects Manager – PIF (Paint, Insulation, Fireproofing) to lead and coordinate our ongoing work with clients in construction sectors.

This is a rotational role.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee PIF workflows and project execution
Coordinate resources, planning, and scheduling
Support HSE compliance and team mentoring
Liaise with clients and lead site communications
Drive innovation, quality, and team performance

This role requires:

7+ years’ management experience in industrial or construction environments
Strong knowledge of coatings, insulation & fireproofing
AMPP/NACE 2 or ICORR Level 2 certification
Confident with project planning tools (Excel, Word, SAP, MS Project)
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

It would be an advantage if you also have:

Degree in engineering or project management
EBA and IR/HR management experience
Business admin or HSSE background
