We are looking for Principal Consultants to join our Risk Management Consulting teams who are located in Oslo, Trondheim and Bergen. Our Risk Management Consulting team helps our clients to manage and reduce risk across their complex operations. We support owners and operators of complex, high-risk and capital-intensive assets, and their supply chains, ensuring the right solutions are in place to control risk and prepare for emergencies.
We work in partnership with owners and developers of energy, power and complex industrial assets and infrastructure, to interpret and manage complexity, reduce project risk and optimise asset performance. We provide independent perspectives, deep domain expertise and engineering excellence.
In the role of Principal Consultant you will be responsible for:

Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA) for both onshore and offshore industry

Process Safety
-
HAZOP/HAZID Lead
-
Fire Safety and Structural Integrity
-
Consequence Modelling (CFD or empirical tools)

Emergency Preparedness
To be successful in the roles of Principal Consultants we are looking for you to:
-
Have a master's degree within engineering or a related subject e.g., Physics, Chemical engineering, process/risk management.

Have 10 or more years consulting, engineering, or operator experience.

Be a strong team player with the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks.

Have relevant experience within oil & gas and energy sector
-
Demonstrate experience or an in-depth understanding of risk management activities.

Have a good understanding of regulatory requirements and relevant standards, including Ptil and DSB.

Be fluent in English. Fluency in a Scandinavian language is a benefit but not a prerequisite.
