We’re Hiring – Operations & Logistics Coordinator
Hours: Mon-Fri (Full-time)

Salary: £28,000.00 - £32,000.00 per year

Flare is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing personnel and equipment logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring efficient operations and timely delivery of goods and services.

Duties:

Review client documentation to identify work scope requirements, equipment, and relevant service consumables or spares; generate Bill of Materials and quotes as required.
Coordinate project execution from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all client requirements.
Accurately manage and maintain the operational planner to meet personnel and equipment needs.
Collaborate with the Service Centre to conduct annual stock takes and manage inventory levels.
Work with third-party logistics providers to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock availability.
Prepare reports on operations and logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Experience:

Experience operating Sage 50 Professional software (certification not required but desirable).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Office (including SharePoint).
Exceptional computer skills, including expert Excel, Adobe, and data management skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage priorities to meet client requirements.
Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Valid UK Driver’s licence.
