Operations Co-Ordinator – Emmen

Our Emmen office is currently recruiting for an Operations Co-Ordinator.

Role Overview:

As an Operations Co-Ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating personnel for projects and jobs while providing leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager of Industrial Services, and working closely with Business Line Managers, your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support personnel in the broadest sense, including hiring and deployment.
Review and assess job programs for preparation and completeness.
Check project checklists and optimize working methods, tools, and processes.
Manage, coach, and assess operational personnel, including those working in the workshop.
Ensure smooth implementation of projects and maintain operational continuity.
Verify submitted expense claims and monthly bonus sheets from operational personnel.
Actively participate in pre- and post-job meetings, as well as weekly operations (OPS) meetings.
Execute and follow up on action items from post-job reviews.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Minimum MBO+ work and thinking level.
Experience in the oil & gas industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must hold a VCA Full certification and a valid passport.
Proficiency in Dutch, English, and German is essential.
Familiarity with operational processes, project planning, work preparation, and drawing programs is advantageous.
