About The Role
As Proposal Manager, you will lead our end-to-end bid and proposal process for marine, subsea, and offshore energy projects. You will work closely with engineering, project management, commercial and senior leadership to create clear, competitive and compliant proposals for clients around the world.
- Coordinate and manage proposal activities from opportunity qualification to submission
- Develop proposal strategies, value propositions and win themes together with key stakeholders
- Lead planning, schedules, and milestones to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
- Review and improve technical, commercial and HSE content for clarity and consistency
- Facilitate internal reviews, governance and approvals with a structured yet pragmatic approach
- Support handover from proposal phase to project execution teams
