Semco Maritime have a fantastic opportunity for a Manpower Manager to lead the
Manpower Services division on a permanent full-time basis.
This is an exciting time to join Semco to be at the forefront of a rapidly developing
section of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• To manage Semco Maritime’s newly established Manpower Service division
• Ability to sell Semco Maritime’s current Manpower Services for
Electrical/Instrumentation, PLC Systems, H/M/L Voltage, Fire and Gas Systems
including lighting, Rope Access, EPC Services and Project and Planning Management
• Ability in the future to sell our Services for Production Services, Supervisors,
Inspection and Reporting, HSE & Medic, Fabric Maintenance, Welding, Pipefitting,
Platers and Mechanical Services as we grow the UK Business.
• Capable in managing our sub-contractor model
• Responsibility for Sales, Service Delivery and the P & L for that Department
• Develop opportunities for our growing Business
• Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure efficient utilisation of manpower

Key Skills and Experience Required:
• Experience in a similar Manpower role essential
• Able to influence to a high level
• Excellent Team Player, but with the capability to work individually
• Proven track record of growing business and headcounts in this area
• Must have proven Topside Manpower Experience in a Service Environment
• Experience working within a Management Team
• Ability to attract Talent to our Business
• Regular trips to Denmark and other Semco Maritime locations will be required
The role is based in Aberdeen with Hybrid working available
