Opportunity to join a collaborative HR Team within a forward-thinking business on the north side of Aberdeen. In this varied and hands-on role, you will provide HR support across all HR-related issues and play a key role in HR project activities.
Main duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Overseeing and coordinating the delivery of all HR processes.
- Supporting recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and keeping policies and procedures up to date.
- Involvement in employee relations activities such as disciplinary and grievance case management.
- Ensuring knowledge of current employment law is up to date and maintained.
- Participating in the creation, coordination, and delivery of HR projects.
Applicants to this role require:
- Previous experience working in a similar role and industry.
- Strong Generalist HR knowledge and understanding of employment law.
- Ability to build excellent working relationships with individuals at all levels.
- Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
