Key Responsibilities

1. Operation Coordination & Execution

Oversee the day-to-day coordination of multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Plan and allocate resources (workforce, materials, equipment) across various sites.
Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with relevant hazardous area and electrical standards.
Monitor progress, track key milestones, and report to the Operations Manager and stakeholders.
Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to avoid project delays.
2. Compliance & Safety Management

Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations, site-specific requirements, and workplace health & safety protocols.
Manage digital compliance tools and asset systems to keep records accurate and audit ready.
Assist with site inspections and audits alongside HSEQ team members.
3. Supplier & Logistics Coordination

Work with procurement and suppliers to manage the ordering and delivery of materials and equipment.
Coordinate logistics to ensure timely execution of field activities.
Maintain inventory awareness and procurement schedules across projects.
4. Team & Stakeholder Communication

Act as a key liaison between clients, site personnel, and internal departments.
Provide regular updates to management and clients on progress, risks, and outcomes.
Work closely with field staff to support day-to-day site needs and resolve challenges quickly.
5. Financial & Documentation Management

Monitor and track project costs, flagging any budget variances.
Support with invoice preparation, project financial tracking, and reporting.
Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation, ensuring compliance and readiness for audits or client reviews.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in operation coordination, preferably within electrical, hazardous area, or industrial sectors.
Understanding of EEHA compliance and Australian electrical standards (highly desirable).
Highly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Comfortable working across systems & digital platforms.
Ability to multitask and coordinate several moving parts at once.
