We are looking for an IT Application Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP Systems (preferrable Exact software), Office 365 (Excel), VBA programming, and of SQL Server and related applications. This role involves managing and optimizing our IT applications to support business operations and improve efficiency.

You need to understand how an ERP system supports our daily operation. Next to that we have integrated custom-made Excel applications which you need to support and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

Exact Globe / Synergy: Give support to the actual users. Make changes in the system based on business development requests.
VBA Programming: Develop and maintain VBA scripts to automate tasks and enhance functionality within Office applications. The applications in use integrate with our ERP system.
User Support: Provide functional support and training to end-users, resolving issues related to IT applications.
System Integration: Collaborate with other IT team members to integrate various applications and systems.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
Project Management: Participate in IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

Qualifications:

Experience: Experience in IT application management, with a focus on Exact Globe, Exact Synergy, Office 365, VBA programming, SQL server and related tools.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office 365 administration, VBA programming, and SQL Server. Knowledge of other programming languages and IT systems is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Our company language is English.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
