Cost Controller required for 12 months maternity cover based in Westhill. Previous cost control experience is essential as well as a background within the oil and gas industry. Oracle experience is beneficial, however other ERP system experience will suffice.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Establishing the first project budget/forecast based on handover bid from Sales Department.
- Updating changes to the forecast based on inputs from project management and other project team members as applicable.
- Responsible for monthly Project Management Report.
- Preparing monthly invoices to client and following up works.
- Following up reimbursable costs.
- Evaluating the economic impact of changes/variations in scope of work.
- Performing economical analysis, forecasts, deviations reports etc.
- Increasing other Departments’ awareness of the Cost Control function.
- Reviewing commitments.
- Assisting procurement on invoices from subcontractors/suppliers.
- Developing reporting requirements.
- Manpower forecasting.
- Vessel forecasting.
- Change Control (budget transfer/VO and changes to forecast).
- Cost sensitivities analysis.
