Prestigious North East law firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing Commercial Property Department, specifically to support the part exchange and plot sales team within their City Centre Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the conveyancing process for part-exchange and plot sales transactions.
• Liaising with clients, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth property sales.
• Preparing, reviewing and processing legal documentation efficiently.
• Maintaining case files and updating the Case Management System accurately.
• Prioritising workload and meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment.

About You:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Property Paralegal is essential.
• Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems is desirable.
• Work Ethic: Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
