Client Relationship Manager

This is initially a fixed term role till the end of the year with the possibility for the role to extended.
The focus of the Qatar business is the continuation of existing contracts with one of the region’s largest energy companies, and growth in the region. This includes utilisation of our Lighthouse ecosystem of applications, and consultancy, including guiding our customers on efficient and sustainable logistics practices through technology.
Main responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with customers and operations, in particular the promotion and use of Lighthouse. You will be the focal point for users of the suite of applications, monitoring ‘incidents,’ items of concerns, troubleshooting and seeking tech support when needed and with pace to maintain customer confidence. You will attend ‘kick off’ and ‘wash up’ meetings and regularly visit offices in Qatar, presenting, providing guidance and consultancy, and supporting training in relation to Lighthouse.
To be considered, you should have an understanding and experience of logistics operations and the use of Lighthouse. The successful candidate will be articulate, comfortable facing customers, with excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, recognising cultural differences and the need for tact and diplomacy. You will also have high standards, able to work on own initiative and have a growth mindset.
