We’re Hiring – Business Support Administrator
Hours: Mon-Fri (Full-time)
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per year
Flare is excited to offer an opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to support our Operations Department, ensuring smooth business processes and exceptional client service.
Duties:
- Generate and manage documentation for goods receivables, deliveries, and collections.
- Track and update sales and purchase orders to expedite deliveries and improve client schedules.
- Maintain accurate records, including scanning and filing documents in accordance with business protocols.
- Assist with procurement, raising purchase requisitions, and updating vendor accounts on Sage 50.
- Handle general office support, such as replenishing supplies, sorting mail, and covering logistics as needed.
- Support inventory management and assist with monthly KPI reporting.
- Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers, delivering outstanding service.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in business administration and Sage 50 Professional (preferred).
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Adobe.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A proactive, team-focused approach with a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in administrative support or operations is preferred.
