- Optimising business performance as part of management.
- Preparing BOD papers for review.
- Inputting data into QuickBooks.
- Producing monthly management accounts.
- Performing weekly bank reconciliations.
- Managing VAT submissions.
- Updating financial forecasts and models.
- Assisting with work order creation and management.
- Managing KPIs and non-conformance.
- Ensuring facilities are meeting-ready.
- Administrating guest and visitor appointments.
- Overseeing employee and Director expense claims.
- Using software for business operations.
- Managing filing systems (digital and paper).
- Handling time sheets and cost allocation.
- Recording/managing staff records, liaising with HR.
- Performing internal HR duties.
- Liaising with payroll for salary details and payments.
- Contributing to product and business plan development.
- Liaising with procurement, managing payments.
- Raising invoices for sold goods.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Arranging facility repairs and maintenance.
- Supporting employee recruitment.
- Reviewing and updating health and safety policies.
- Arranging safety testing for equipment.
- Managing QA/HSE processes for ISO accreditation.
