We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team in a Business Development role to help expand our customer base, build strong relationships with key clients, and generate new business opportunities. As a part of our team in Aberdeen, you will play a key role in growing our market presence, identifying strategic partnerships, and executing successful sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- Regular travel within the UK, Europe and Africa to meet with existing and potential customers
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with other team members
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and sales roles
- A good understanding of Directional Drilling Equipment
- Strong understanding of Oil and Gas industry and market trends
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong ability to close deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
