Reporting to the Finance Director, your role will include:
- Processing and maintaining financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Managing bank reconciliations and cash forecasting across multiple entities.
- Assisting with financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining customer and vendor data within the ERP system.
- Supporting compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Preparing payroll information and post related journal entries.
- Issuing statements and managing outstanding debt collection.
- Monitoring FX rates and update financial records accordingly.
- Contributing to process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Assisting with audits, budget preparation, and forecasting activities.
