Leading energy service company requires an Administration Assistant (Operations) on a full time, permanent basis to provide support to key members of business operations. This role is well suited to an individual who comes from a strong administrative background, has the ability to work under pressure and meet delivery schedules alongside timesheet processing/data input.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, duties will include:
- General office administration duties, including filing, scanning and record maintenance.
- Answering phone calls and greeting visitors.
- Attending to any correspondence and emails from all internal/external sources, as required.
- Acting as communications relay ensuring all parties receive necessary and accurate information.
- Preparing memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence – issuing out to teams and departments on behalf of team or senior staff.
- Scheduling internal and external meetings and record and circulate meeting minutes.
- Ordering and taking stock of office supplies.
- Assisting in the compilation of operations documentation, both internally and for client issue.
- Daily processing of workshop personnel timesheets and facilitating various teams with data input.
