We’re recruiting a full-time Management Accountant in Elgin for a varied role involving P&L reporting, audit preparation, month-end support, and business partnering. Ideal for a qualified or QBE candidate with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing profit and loss accounts across multiple business areas.
- Supporting audit processes, ensuring timely and accurate preparation.
- Assisting with month-end close, working closely with the Accountant and Financial Controller.
- Contributing to the preparation and monitoring of a rolling 12-week cashflow forecast.
- Gaining working knowledge of wider Finance Team duties (e.g. DD uplifts, card/website payments, reporting) to provide support and cover as needed.
- Supporting the ongoing development and implementation of a new finance system.
