Optimus Plus now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Process Engineer to join their team in Aberdeen on a full-time employee basis. An excellent salary + benefits package along with a hybrid working model is available for the successful candidate

Key Duties:
Identify the scope of work required
Input to project plans and schedules.
Identify areas of concern during any project or study.
Produce cost-effective engineering solutions that are fit for purpose, safe and add value to address operational and maintenance issues in the design and liaise with colleagues for the best solution
Undertake Surveys, both onshore and offshore (not essential)
Supervise the time of others

About You
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
Offshore certification (preferred)
Experience / competence:
Previous experience in consultancy and process engineering design covering Feasibility, Concept, FEED, and Detailed Design phases within the Oil & Gas industry.
Technical leadership experience in developing process design deliverables, including philosophies, calculations, simulations, and technical reports.
Experience in Decommissioning and Energy Transition projects (e.g. Hydrogen and Carbon Capture) is highly desirable.
Ability to support multidisciplinary engineering teams and interface effectively with clients and stakeholders.
