Superior Recruitment Group have a fantastic opportunity available at Hinkley Point C for a Work Preparation Lead. This is a Permanent position, and will be site based.
We are looking to speak with people who have experience of:
- Ensuring that all necessary information, materials, and conditions are in place before physical work commences, focusing heavily on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance within a highly scrutinised nuclear environment.
- To support bridging the gap between design engineering and on-site construction/installation
- To ensure the timely and compliant readiness of all documentation, materials, and logistics required for large-bore and small-bore piping installation activities.
- To act as the primary interface between the design team, the client, and the on-site construction teams to resolve technical queries and open points before they impact the schedule.
- To manage the creation and acceptance of detailed Construction Work Packs
- Responsible for the site preparation installation documentation and supporting the site manager in carrying out their duties
Qualifications
- HNC/HND or a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent trade qualification
