They go to the “Post a Job” page.
They will see a field for “Job Category”. This will be a simple dropdown menu where they can select one category from the list you created (e.g., “Engineering”).
They will see a field for “Job Skills”. This will be a clean, user-friendly multiselect box. They can click in the box and start typing a skill (e.g., Drill…) and “Drilling Engineering” will appear for them to select. They can select multiple skills.
Below both of these fields, they will see the small text link: “Can’t find what you’re looking for? Suggest a missing skill or category.”
