NOR wants a world where the offshore, subsea, and renewable industries share a common pool of state-of-the-art equipment, so that everything is efficient, cost effective, and more sustainable for everyone.
The company was established in 2005 with emphasis on ship management and supplying personnel to the shipbuilding industry. Early 2011, the company changed name to Norwegian Offshore Rental AS (NOR) and started focusing on equipment rental. NOR is today a substantial provider of rental equipment in the North Sea region, in addition to the supply of equipment to other large oil and gas regions.
